3.2. Product Listings: Sellers may only upload original digital products such as seasonal living guides or similar lifestyle content. Listings must comply with intellectual property laws and must not be misleading.

3.3. Revenue and Payouts: Fluid Tides collects payments from buyers and transfers net earnings to sellers, deducting a platform service fee. Payouts are issued on an undefined periodic schedule via the method you had provided.

3.4. Taxes: Sellers are solely responsible for reporting and remitting applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) in their jurisdiction. 

3.5. Content Rights: By listing a product, you grant Fluid Tides a non-exclusive, worldwide license to market, display, and distribute your content for sale on the platform. You retain full ownership of your work.

3.6. Prohibited Content: Sellers may not upload any material that is obscene, defamatory, infringing, misleading, or otherwise illegal under EU law.

3.7. Notice and Takedown: If any content is alleged to infringe copyright or violate laws, Fluid Tides reserves the right to remove it and, where necessary, notify appropriate authorities or users.

4. General Terms
