These Payment Terms apply to all purchases made on Fluid Tides (www.fluidtides.com). By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the following payment policies.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Visa

• MasterCard

All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

2. Default Currency

• All prices are displayed and charged in Euros (€) by default.

• Users may have the option to view and pay in other currencies at checkout. However, currency availability may vary based on location and payment provider.

• Any currency conversion fees or differences are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Payment Authorization

By providing a payment method at checkout, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method,

• You agree to the total amount displayed at checkout,

• You allow Fluid Tides (or its payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount.

4. Billing and Receipts

A digital receipt will be issued and sent to your registered email address immediately upon successful payment. All invoices include the product details, amount paid, and applicable taxes (if any).

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is declined:

• You will not gain access to the purchased digital product,

• You may need to update your payment method or try again.

Fluid Tides is not responsible for any bank or card issuer fees resulting from failed or rejected payments.
