By accessing or using our website, registering for an account, or purchasing or selling products through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Registration and Account Access

• An email address and password.

1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Buyer Terms

2.1. Purchases: All purchases made through the website are for digital goods unless otherwise specified. Seasonal living guides are provided in downloadable formats and are non-refundable unless defective or not as described.

2.2. Payment: Buyers agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes or fees at the time of purchase.

2.3. Account Access: Purchased products are accessible through your account dashboard. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for your individual, non-commercial use.

2.4. Disputes: If you believe a product was misrepresented or is inaccessible, contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@fluidtides.com.

3. Seller Terms

3.1. Eligibility: Sellers must register for a seller account and agree to provide accurate information regarding themselves and the products they offer.

3.2. Product Listings: All listings must be original seasonal living guides or similar digital lifestyle resources. Sellers must ensure all content complies with intellectual property laws and is accurately described.

3.3. Revenue and Payouts: Fluid Tides collects payment from buyers and remits proceeds to sellers, minus a platform service fee (outlined on your seller dashboard). Payouts are made on a monthly basis via the method specified in your seller account.

3.4. Content Rights: By listing a product, you grant Fluid Tides a non-exclusive license to market, display, and deliver your content to buyers. You retain full ownership of your work.

3.5. Prohibited Content: Sellers may not post any content that is obscene, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.

4. General Terms

4.1. Changes to Terms: Fluid Tides reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

4.2. Intellectual Property: All site content (excluding seller-uploaded materials) is owned by or licensed to Fluid Tides and may not be used without permission.

4.3. Limitation of Liability: Fluid Tides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

4.4. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account for violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.
