Refund and Returns Policies

At Fluid Tides, we provide access to digital products—primarily seasonal living guides—delivered electronically upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable, except under very limited circumstances outlined below.

1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

Once a digital product is purchased and delivered (i.e., made available for download or access), the transaction is considered complete. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not provided.

2. Exceptions – Force Majeure Disputes

A dispute may be raised only in cases of force majeure, which refers to unforeseen, extraordinary events that prevent the buyer from accessing the product and are beyond reasonable control. These include (but are not limited to):

• Widespread internet or service outages,

• Platform-wide technical failures,

• Natural disasters or emergencies impacting service delivery.

Requests under these circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Filing a Dispute

To file a dispute under a force majeure condition, please email us within 7 days of your purchase at contact@fluidtides.com with the subject line “Dispute Request – Force Majeure” and include:

• Your registered email address,

• Order number,

• Description of the issue and why it qualifies as force majeure,

• Any supporting documentation.

We aim to respond within 5 business days.

4. Unauthorized Access or Payment Issues

If you suspect that your account or payment method has been used fraudulently, please contact us immediately at contact@fluidtides.com. We will work with the appropriate payment provider to investigate.
